No, we’re operating out of a ghost kitchen with a presale model. Once we open a storefront you can get a roll any day you want, but at this time we do not have the capacity to switch so many customers pick up day. Again, these take 48 hours to make and timing is our most important ingredient.

No. Think of this like a workout class that you reserved, and if you miss it, you do not get it. If all of our customers forgot their roll and wanted to push till next week we would not be able to keep our doors open. Rest assured the roll you forgot to pick up is donated.

We can confidently say, one week in the fridge, and 4 months in the freezer. We recommend thawing the cinnamon roll before reheating it.

We are a sourdough bakery, and each roll takes 48 hours from start to finish. They are large cinnamon rolls, and can feed a few. We use high quality ingredients, European butter and 100% extra virgin olive oil. And we won’t skimp on quality of ingredients or the ancient method of sourdough.

We can accommodate if this is a large format cake, but do not have to space or time for custom flavors for smaller cakes.
